Moderna Hosting Solutions Ltd. is committed to delivering reliable and high-performing hosting services. If you are unsatisfied with a service you purchased, please review the policy below to understand our refund terms and procedures.
1. General Refund Terms
- Refunds are available only within the defined eligibility period for each service.
- Requests must be made through your client dashboard or by emailing [email protected].
- Refunds are processed only if no breach of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy has occurred.
- Services purchased as part of promotional offers may be subject to partial refunds or adjusted eligibility.
- Refunds, if approved, are issued using the original payment method.
2. Eligible Services and Timeframes
The following services are eligible for refunds if requested within the respective periods:
- Shared Hosting: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
- VPS Hosting: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
- Cloud Hosting: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
- Email Hosting: Refund available within 14 days of purchase.
- SSL Certificates: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, but only if the certificate has not been issued.
Note:
- Dedicated Server Hosting, domain name registrations/renewals, website migration, and other one-time add-on services are not eligible for refunds.
- Domain-related purchases are non-refundable once processed by ICANN policies.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The request is submitted after the eligibility period has passed.
- The service was terminated due to abuse, policy violations, or illegal activity.
- The product is a non-refundable service that includes domains, dedicated servers, or setup fees.
- The SSL certificate has already been issued and activated.
- The refund request relates to third-party services or software.
4. Refund Process
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund within seven business days.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Any non-refundable processing or administrative fees may be deducted from the refund.
- Only the eligible portion may be refunded if your service was purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a bundle.
5. Cancellations
- You may cancel your service via your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].
- Cancellation of service does not automatically guarantee a refund unless the criteria above are met.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support team may result in account suspension or permanent service denial. We strongly encourage all users to contact us directly before taking such action.
7. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy occasionally to reflect changes in legal requirements or service offerings. All changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
